Well Howdy,

The last day of working was the first week of February and I have not slowed down one little bit. Lisa and I ran the Gasparilla Half Marathon at the end of the month then I was back at the Will McLean Festival in over two or three years. Barberville was soooooo much fun and truly put my mind back on track.

My Activities Director or the “Boss” as I like to call her has kept things moving right along and I have no complaints. We’ll be doing the Bridge 5K on April 27th and then on My 5th (our anniversary) we’ll be doing the Sup Run 5K. The Sup races are fun to watch or participate in. You have the choice to either run, swim or Paddle board, just run and watch the rest. It looks like the Boss, Jacob and I are heading up to Salt Lake City, Utah to attend the Kilby Block Party. It is three days of non-stop music!

The Boss is doing well with her job and in about 5 years she will be joining me in “Blissful Retirement”, but until that day I will keep the house clean, the yard mowed, wash clothes and just stay busy.

At the time of writing this post I just received an offer to perform at the Americana Fest at the Florida Sands Music Ranch in Dade City, April 17th - 20th. I will be performing on the West Stage at 12:15 pm! I will post more after the Showcase at Troll on Saturday April 26th. The details of all my gigs will be on the performance page.
