Howdy,

   My name is James Hawkins, and I am a folksinger/songwriter living here in Venice.  I have performed at a few festivals across the state like the Florida Folk Festival, Will McLean Festival, Barberville Folk & Arts Festival and the South Florida Folk Festival.  Right now, I have a CD Called “Life on the Learning Curve” and have written a program called “Turn Back Time” that I plan to present to the Sarasota County Schools about the local history of Venice.
